I feel the same way. I have been struggling with abuse issues since about the age of 5, and continued with more abuse I until I was 49. I have tried every type of therapy and have found nothing helps. There have been times in my life where I have just wanted to end it all in order to feel no more pain. This time it is different. My desire, my will to live is gone. It's a scary yet peaceful place to be, knowing that soon, I will be at peace.
