Look at this picture, you will see that humans have more flatter and smaller teeth, which is not the case with chimpanzees.
We evolved differently as we started eating meat, and were still eating veggies and fruits. Chimpanzees mostly eat buds and fruits, that is why their teeth are bigger and they use all their molars.
Apart from eating habits, the evolution of speech and airway also played a major role in development of our masticatory complex, ie, the muscles and teeth used for chewing.
