We collaborated with Testpress this year for our CAT 2018 test series. It has been a great association so far.

1. The best part for a test platform is its UI. User Experience at Testpress is amazing for both aspirants as well as for administrator. They have a very clean environment and various template for different exams. Plus they provide good features like bookmarks and subtopic reports of test which ease out the tedious process of after test analysis.
2. Secondly, how easy it is to use for the administrator. After using it for about 3 months, we can tell you that they have planned it very beautifully. We have seen other platforms but they are difficult to use, like a basic task of uploading the exam. It is a cumbersome task on other platforms because it involves parsing coding. But Testpress made it simple as it can be with no coding. Plus segregation, course creation, free offerings, membership creation, dedicated mobile app and email and SMS notification are some features that make the life of administrator hassle free.
3. Finally, the most important aspect of collaboration is after sales service. I will name them as one of the best we ever got. Dinesh and Logeshwaran and support team, they are fantabulous people. They know how to keep their client happy. We can call Dinesh anytime for anything. He is literally available 24x7. There was an instance when we called Dinesh on a Sunday with some critical issue. He was out with his family but without any hesitation, he managed to resolve the issue. Logeshwaran and tech team is spontaneous. They do not have this habit of stacking up client issues and giving you a resolution time (unless it is a big change/issue) They try to resolve while you are on phone or within an hour you send the mail.
4. The only thing that is missing in their services is that of discount coupon codes. But Dinesh and team promised us that they would get this feature soon.
