I can answer this on behalf of the agents who work for me, and they all enjoy it. Here is why: 1. I only work with business to business clients, so the agents never call consumers. 2. They all work from home, and are allowed to set their schedule for the most part, and are available for their family in case of emergency etc. 3. The pay is better than if they were to drive somewhere and work for a telemarketing agency. 4. They all are learning so they can increase their value to the team meaning we can take on more clients, they can make more money and they also become more valuable as a "hire" if they ever choose to leave my company. 5. I focus on the conversation that my agents have not the "script". I know we find our success from having calls made by those who are conversational and not robotic, the value to our specific clients is quality leads, brand management and wow factor.
