As per my friend's latest study on impacts of communication towers on wildlife including birds and bees submitted to Ministry of Environment and Forest warns of harmful radiation and recommends special laws to protect urban flora & fauna from threats radiation emerging from mobile towers.The transmission towers are based on the electromagnetic waves, which over prolonged usage have adverse impacts on humans as well as on other fauna. The adverse effects of electromagnetic radiation from mobile phones and communication towers on health of human beings are well documented today. The navigation skill of birds are affected by the radiation as a result some birds become alone and out of their colony. It also affects the insect population which invariably causes harm to its prey.

Mobile tower has two type of antennas, one is used for communicating with mobiles which is of bar shaped and other is for communication between two towers which is of round shape.

The one which is used to communicate with mobile dosent harm its just myth.

But the one which is used for tower to tower communications is a high frequency microwave antenna. Microwave means not that powerful as our kitchen microwave but >10~20ghz

We don't know, there has been no proof so far directly indicating that cell phone towers cause harm to birds. Correlation doesn't equal causation. The solution presented in the movie is not practical , reducing data limits,usage,etc will not deter people from buying more expensive packs and using the same amount of data and talktime.

High number of Telecom companies is not a bad thing infact it's the reason why we have high speed internet at cheap rates.

I went to Saudi Arabia and was surprised by the high internet prices not just based on inr to Sar conversion but the relative price and speed and the network.They have only 3 telecom companies of which 1 is fully owned by government and other is partly owned by government and the other is private.

Compare the US ,we have relatively cheaper internet even if you account for inr to usd conversion.

If we find proof then we need to find alternate frequency or some alternate technology that can be made economical.We have opened the Pandora box we can't deal it back.
