Here we go.

  1. Put your phone aside.
  2. Sit in stretches of at least an hour or two (optimally three).
  3. Question yourself about every line you read. Don't skip any portion until you are good enough to explain it to someone else.
  4. Make short notes while studying, they really help during final revision.
  5. Take breaks in between these stretches.
  6. Sleep 7–8 hours everyday.
  7. Plan out your day and study schedule beforehand.
  8. Don't listen to music while studying unless it's helping you stay awake.
  9. Do some or the other kind of exercise on a daily basis (will help you stay energetic).
  10. Eat healthy and sufficient food (so that you don't have to waste time recovering from illnesses).
