Who says it's impossible? But beware that you will be boycotting a lot of things since a majority of every day consumer goods are made in China.
This is an article from 10 years ago about one family’s experiment in avoiding Made in China products for one year. U.S. family tries living without China. Today I think it's even harder to avoid buying Made in China goods.
Also, the US and any other country does not base the decision to have relations with other countries on morality. Otherwise, we wouldn't be an ally to Saudi Arabia.
