  1. Be authentic - people should be able to trust you and know that the person they are experiencing is not an illusion - someone they can rely on. Have courage of conviction and a spine - fearlessness is very attractive.
  2. Care - be compassionate. Listen to others - as in understand their viewpoint, have empathy, allow for difference. Think of people you may not know or never know, even if they are somewhere in the distant future. Develop a bridging capacity (learn languages, cultures etc)
  3. Serve - offer yourself in whatever capacity to make the lives of others and the world a better place as against someone whose first priority is to take.
  4. Be a Lifelong learner - Keep an open mind, Be curious. Allow for a complex world with multiple interpretations. Learn things to deepen and broaden your perspectives.
  5. Develop a spiritual side - does not necessarily mean religious - but do examine your values and try to move towards a higher plane of thinking and being - allow for the fact that your mind will not get it all. Inclusion and holism are better than exclusion and fragmentation.
  6. Be Unique - cultivate something distinctive - better to stand out from the herd while collaborating ... something that comes from your soul, a limitless source of passion and energy.
  7. Live an extraordinary life - push yourself into the unknown - your unknown - get out of the safe zone - risk and creativity are bosom buddies. Radiate generative energy and the hope for a better future. Stasis is death and "habit is a great deadener" (Beckett)!

Continuously create the capacity to be the above tenets.

A good framework for representing your whole self might be - Body - Heart - Mind and Soul (you can use seven chakras or whatever else works for you). What matters is that all facets need equal attention, though they are never all at the same stage of development.

Alignment is however critical to the notion of authenticity and the question here about becoming interesting.

Weirdness is also interesting, but it is temporary and not sustainable. Also it takes from others rather than make the whole better.

Hope this helps.
