No, I would not say so. I studied in Germany and work at a Swedish university now. In Sweden,
- you have a much better organised and structured study experience with clear expectations
- both English and Swedish will be understood, whereas in Germany, it tends to be German only
- the kind of help available to students in Sweden is more inclusive
- the student to teacher ratio in Sweden is an entirely different story; you can find yourself in an auditorium with hundreds in Germany, but it would only be 30 to 50 in Sweden.
