Short Answer – No, you cannot get banned for buying YouTube views. Just like you can’t get banned if someone else buys you views… could you imagine a world like that?
The long answer is a little more complicated.
- You can’t get banned on YouTube and your video won’t be removed for buying Youtube views since late 2014. Before that was a different story. Videos were getting removed left and right, and thousands of users were getting banned for buying / receiving fake views. It changed after users started buying views for their competitors and YouTube caught on to this malicious attack and changed their ways.
- Buying fake / bot views can still hurt you. While your video won’t get removed, your views can disappear later on. YouTube will do occasional sweeps of views after improving their algorithms so the view count can drop later on because of fake views, and believe me, the fakes views that are typically sold are not hard to spot in your Video Analytics (see below). This is why it’s important to buy REAL views, from actual people wanting to watch your video.
- One of the bigger issues with buying views is the lack of engagements. If you buy views from just any website, you’ll likely be getting ONLY views. No likes. No dislikes. No comments. Nothing else. This will look suspicious to any real viewer and can hurt your reputation. If you do end up buying views, it HAS to look authentic. The company either has to provide engagements with views, OR you have to buy or gain engagements quickly.
If you want to buy YouTube views and actually get real, permanent results, search for the reviews by Googling buy youtube views reviews, or search the reviews of the company / website you’re looking to order from. It’s important to note that more than 50% of the websites out there selling views are scams or known to offer bad views.
