It always depends on where you get your views.

Getting them on the cheap almost always ends in a disaster. Your video might be removed but more often the views will just drop. So it's money down the drain.

You can try promoting your vids via various ppc networks such Facebook or networks such as Sitescout where you can place your video on thousands of sites across the web.

There are also 3rd party suppliers. Many people sell views on Fiverr , but they are the cheapest ones you can get. My videos got banned a couple of times from using fiverr services.

So far I had good success with Marketing Heaven , the views stick and are as described.

Whatever you decide do yourself a favour and stay away from all the cheap services.
