Yes, eBay is totally failing because of the service they are providing. The service of ebay is totally pathetic. All the products on their site are fake in the first place. We can think that products are not directly sold by ebay and so ebay should not be blamed. But the problem starts when you buy some product from ebay and ask for refund on returning the product. ebay clearly mentions on their site that your money is protected and you should get the refund in case of returns but they will never provide you with the refund. They will just give you a coupon instead of a refund amount. That coupon is redeemable only on ebay which means ebay is asking you to fall in the trap again. Totally crap. Their support is too pathetic. I had to talk to their support people for around 50 mins without any conclusion. I also asked ebay support to let me talk to some senior person and but they did not let me. If someone senior wants to see this, you can just check my claim with claim ID: 493698, paisapay id: 36295213384. eBay's support really sucks, people just dont know anything will only waste your time.
