When I see job postings for "ninja" or "rockstar" I assume that they are looking for somebody who:

Is talented.
Realizes they are talented.
Does not realize how much being talented is worth in financial compensation and would be willing to work for a lower salary with lots of praise (like being called a "ninja" or "rockstar").
