What to be REALLY uncomfortable and LEARN something incredible?

BE HONEST.

I mean REALLY honest. The most honest you have ever been in your life.

1. Make a list of people that you have something to say to:

This should be a list of people you have good things to say to, things that you are grateful for, and a list of people you have painful things to say to, those things that you need to get off your chest.

With some people like family members you may have both positive and negative feelings towards them that you need to share.

2. Write down what you feel you need to say to them in a letter.

If you're being really honest, each letter you write should make you quite emotional as you are writing it - WARNING - there may be tears. That is how you know you have tapped into your actual emotions and feelings - that it actually means something to you.

3. Go to visit that person and give them the letter.

Show up unannounced, knock on their door, tell them you have something you need to say to them, and hand them the letter. (I suggest doing this first with people you have good things to say to so you can get used to it before attempting the tough ones)

4. Write down what happened and what the experience meant to you and the other person.

Don;t forget what you have learned from the experience. Let it be with you forever.

This is one of the most UNCOMFORTABLE yet valuable things you can ever do in your life.
