It's been great. Working at inFeedo is like a dream come true for me. I am a B.Tech 3rd Year, Computer Science Engineering (CSE)~ student. I always wanted to work for a startup and when the opportunity knocked at my door, I grabbed it.

It's not just passion, you need skill to be a part of the inFeedo team. So this was me, Gauraang Khurana a few months back before officially joining inFeedo. It was time I geared up my iOS skills with my mentors. They now help all of us during our new iOS App Development project at inFeedo.

Working at inFeedo is amazing; here are 7 reasons for my love:
1. Like a boss. Founder Tanmaya and Sales Marine Varun work alongside us and there is no hierarchical system. This is very different from the corporate giants. It is only when they work in the adjacent cubicle to yours, when you see their dedication and passion for their baby, wait... our baby, the inFeedo enterprise.
2. And the beer? Both of them are college students themselves but friends first. Yes 'dost.' They understand my pain of going through a series of exams and drunken nights, the head ache caused by both of them and hence allow me to create our own schedules to meet my targets.
3. Workplace. What's that? Work from home, class or bathroom at any given time, dusk or dawn, and they would not mind one bit. Just deliver and you are good to go! To top that, inFeedo's Developer Marine Chirag who we also call Titan takes up my work if there is any delay in my work. We cover up for each other with the same goal in mind. It's good to see that the web development team understands and supports me in the mobile field also.
4. It's not about making millions anymore. The entire team wants it to be a product with users as its top metric. One which makes the end users life easier. We at inFeedo, want to provide a dream platform, one which every person in society would desire.
5. Let's fail together: Failure is the first step to success is what you might have heard in all the Management Gitas, and Entrepreneurship Quorans which you would have made your Bible. This is in fact implemented at inFeedo. Being a start up there is no bound to experimentation, failures and the cycle continues. As Tanmaya puts it, even if one experiment sparks the fire, all the thousand failures then seem to disappear.
6. The last minute miracles: Conventional jobs which have fixed 9-5 working hours? No way. We have a deadline based system, which is very convenient and allows us to pull off last minute miracles.
7. Motivation-energy drink: Now if anyone wants to learn anything about motivation, forget those inspirational books or videos. Talk to Tanmaya Jain and you will know the care with which he will motivate you and try and lift your spirits.
Well all in all it has been a great experience working at inFeedo, and I hope to keep working here as long as I am not kicked out.
Working at inFeedo is awesome. I am a B.Tech 3rd year, Information Technology student and currently working as the Automation Engineer Marine. I wanted to work in a start up for my overall development and what could have been better than inFeedo.
Perks of working at inFeedo:
1) Work Environment - Work from home or working at inFeedo is one and the same thing. The work atmosphere here is so comfortable and motivating.
2) Flexible work hours - At inFeedo, it is all about finishing the work before the deadline, no matter what time you come or go.

Party time with Tanmaya, Varun, Junior Palash, Senior Palash, Himanshi, Mansi, Chirag, Abhinav, Saurav and Pranav :P

All this while my mum kept whining about how I have become a fat ball of basically fat, and Dad kept blaming her for spoon feeding me. It’s great working with Varun, who guides me on how to close the deals even before the pitch, make the calls without a glitch. Coming to Tanmaya, well have you seen those men, who are so madly driven by their passion, that they see no other fashion, to make an analogy, he is the most calm, harmless Hitler :P His faith in me is amazing, I mean my parents really need to learn that one thing from him. Keeping the jests out of service, Tanmaya drives the team forward beautifully, and when he talks about his plans, my job role or even wants to whip my ass, he says it with that smile and gleam in the eyes, that I’m left in wonder ab.
Boss 1(Leftenant) Boss 2(Right hand man)
Well that’s my story at inFeedo. How’d you like it boss?
(P.S. - There is no boss. I just like the term. BOSS)

inFeedo, is a result of sincere endeavours of a young team that strives for comforting the lives of those in the corporate sector. Working here at inFeedo is a lot of fun, to start with. Being a part of inFeedo itself makes you get up in the morning early, and run to office for a whole new experience day after day. They say, learning is a part of an everyday process and inFeedo has gradually inculcated that in my life as well. For me, inFeedo means learning something new everyday, adding value to a vibrant team and strive to create an impact, no matter, how small it is.
Being a part of inFeedo also exposes me to work at two of their angel products and that brings a lot of excitement and adventure. Just 5 weeks here, and inFeedo has become a family for me, right from the work culture to the ambience this place has. Celebrating Birthdays, Farewells, Dart competitions, the 19th Floor View and all those little games, add to the full on 'Mast' time spent here. Working here will be certainly be one of the things that I will cherish the most in the 4 years of my awesome college life because, the place has given me all, some best friends to work with, some new cool friends, an extremely hard working team, a vision to my future prospects and of course, a valuable start-up experience along with a family touch to my professional career.
Kudos to the entire Team!
And inFeedo has this Big Selfie Mirror too :)
I'm working as a People Operations Intern at inFeedo. The organisation is one of a kind, providing me an amazing experience as an intern. Unlike what I have experienced and heard, an intern here is given a profound experience for his/her personal growth. The work for interns here is not the insignificant tasks. We are working on self-owned projects where we are completely accountable for our results. I'm given equal employee benefits as others and treated really well. Since the first day, I've been made to feel special. The best part of working here is that all employees are valued.

The culture of the company is by far the greatest asset. The relaxed and calm environment with positive reinforcement from peers makes it a happy place to work at. Sense of empowerment and knowing where you make an impact makes employees invested into the company. A mutual respect for everyone without position or rank makes the company stand out.
The company has a vision to make the voice of every employee heard and valued. This vision is well implemented within the company. It’s great working here!

Has a random conversation in a cafe ever completely transformed your life? Well that’s what happened with me and inFeedo. Working at inFeedo has taught me that it’s okay to have tiny screw ups if it ensures that we learn something in the end. The journey is as important as the destination. What I also learnt is that work can be fun if your passions drive it. The sheer dedication and passion that one can see in inFeedo can inspire anyone to work.
The best part is the flexible timings and fun work environment. The team meetings are a healthy mix of fun and work. You get those confidence boosts whenever you need them. I’m not sure how much value I’ve added to inFeedo as an intern but I’m completely sure it has taught me things that have transformed my life. In a nutshell, working at inFeedo is like a ride in a hot air balloon, there’s no looking down, just up.
I have been working as a Finance Manager with inFeedo since March’19. To put this out simply:
Pros:
1. Growth: The company is getting bigger, but still small enough to be able to know many people. The recruitment process is very smooth.
2. Complete control over Career: You get to know exactly how your contribution is affecting the firm’s growth. You are allocated a responsible position in the firm and your position is valued by the recruiters.
3. Greater Responsibility beyond job description: If you are willing to work and contribute more and learn there will be many opportunities to widen your h

Cons:
None as of now, but if I dive deep, inFeedo doesn’t provide health insurance for now, though they are planning for it soon,
I like the atmosphere at the office which is very peaceful and energetic. The best thing is lord Mahavira's picture at inFeedo which shows that I am at right place without any doubt. Also all the members are very friendly and interactive and they help me realise my mistakes and weaknesses.

In my one month of working for inFeedo the experience has simply been awesome!
First, there are these amazing and really smart set of people you work with that help you learn so much.
Elevator Picture: First Day, Heading Towards The Workplace :P
**EXCITED**
Secondly, we have birthday parties, yummy cakes, recreational activities, insane games that will never make you feel burdened and thereby refreshing up your spirit.
And to top it all, it is a home like workplace.
AND WHEN YOU ARE SCREWED, THIS IS THE PLACE :D

In general, the culture is pretty open and everybody's open to new ideas and are very dedicated to their work. People are pretty outgoing too and teams keep organizing fun events.
If this environment appeals to you, inFeedo is always looking for new and bubbly engineers, here.
Very inspirational...
First of all, I really respect the kind of culture that you have been able to create in your startup, I am doing very similar thing in my startup, but I am still confused if they are in-sync with me, but having said that, I am still working on building my core team.
When I saw that more than one employee from your startup is actually acknowledging what you have done for them with each and every single detail about the ecosystem, it blew me away!
I had no idea about you or your startup few hours ago, but after reading this thread, I totally respect the way you have

I’ve been a part of Sales Team at inFeedo since past 2 years. The level of involvement in all areas of the business is significantly higher than other organisations at this level. The opportunity is great as you get to be in close proximity to the higher management, which results in decisive actions within a short span of time. Not to forget, very feedback oriented company and they stick to their core values.
Would like to just mention one thing, since they are expanding, the level of workload that you will need to deal with would be significantly higher.
I am really glad to become a part of Infeedo team even for short duration, as i always wanted to be a part of startup.

Fun time-in office we used to have lunch together and used to discuss a variety things of things from trendy things to startups to universe and a whole lot of never ending topics (i will miss this part the most). Also we used to work 6 days a week but Saturdays always used to be fun day as we spend second half watching movies or grab few beers.
Tanmaya team's chief smile officer and his nature truly justify his designation. He is one of the most amazing and incredible person i have ever met, being a leader at such a young stage is no cake walk. His passion is amazing and the way he keep his team motivated and energetic even during low times is incredible.
I will truely cherish my time at Infeedo, as it was a great learning experience for me. I remember when i was offered the internship by Kunal (the BD guy), he said me when you will complete your period here you will be a complete different and a confident man and i totally feel that now.
Working at inFeedo is like a dream come true for me as I always wanted to work for a startup and when the opportunity knocked at my door, I grabbed it.
inFeedo, is a social platform which help to connect people of different organisations and identify the relevant issues which I feel can solve a lot of problems and constraints. Also, having scarce B2B products in this space as of now, this product is bound to flourish immensely.
Yes that's Chirag after work hours in the office. The scream mask seems to be his secret to being the highest scorer of us all in the dartboard games ;)

Working here is amazing as we work like a boss. With flexible working hours and team-friendly checkpoints, a person is left with ample time for personal development and recreational activities.
I worked with Invento from the intial days in 2016 before I flew to pursue my masters in Industrial Design in fall of 2017. I was working and interning as an industrial designer. After a year in the US, I returned to Invento to do my internship with them in the summer of 2018. I returned to the US for my classes, and damn! I miss the team, they are as much a family as my own! It has been a great journey, I wouldn’t be where I’m if not for my team at Invento. I have been fortunate to work as a design consultant for Invento since May 2019, being responsible for designing the Spod.

When I started out in Invento in November of ‘16, I wasn’t really having any prior education or instruction in Industrial Design (with the exception of CAD skills from engineering) as I have self-taught much of the skills in it over the period of the past 10 years by being part of multiple failed startups, failed projects, etc.. and I had quit a job in marketing 6 months prior, to clear my mind with an intent to further my learning of design skills and apply for masters later. I very much remember how I got in touch with Invento. At the time, I was part of a closed Whatsapp group consisting of many design professionals, DIY enthusiasts, and few startup founders in Bangalore. Everyone were introducing themselves, and then I saw Balaji mentioning that he has a startup in Bangalore. I went to their website, where it showed that they were working on an autonomous vehicle for garbage collection. I was sitting in a cafe when I saw that, and I immediately took a sheet of A4 and made some sketches of how I thought an autonomous garbage collecting vehicle would look like and took photos of it and sent it to Balaji directly on whatsapp asking if we can collaborate (I also had a deep interest in designing cars). I didn’t expect him to reply, as I had done this to multiple entrepreneurs with little to no response. I was very hungry at the time to just get whatever opportunity there was in Bangalore to get my foot in door and learn design. To my surprise, he did reply asking if we can meet to discuss it the very next day. I met the team (there were just 6 people at the time, running out of a garage in a residential house - the cliché for a startup), the discussion turned into interview, and I joined Invento. Right of the bat, I knew this was the right culture fit for me and the team as every individual had the insatiable passion towards their skills and craft.
The work was deeply challenging with the opportunity and freedom to explore and learn as we made, broke, and made many iterations. We would work late into the night, to make things work for many events for which the robot was much needed. Each week was like its make it or break it, we learned against much obstacles such as the lack of any real prototyping vendors in Bangalore as much of the engineering vendors across the city in places like Peenya, Yeshwanthpur, etc., lacked any solution to create quick quality prototypes and mock-ups in small numbers (though we now have more refined process in-house). We made the best with the least to get things moving. The full-time employees and members are really great professionals who are willing to give their best for the others in the team including the interns, and not just solely the product. Any start-up that is working towards building hardware or physical products face enormous challenges that can make it easily vanish into oblivion if not for the resolute dedication to work towards it, and ours isn’t any different. I’m really proud of my team, and really grateful to them especially Dr. Balaji Viswanathan (பாலாஜி விஸ்வநாதன்)who has an excellent deep rooted design thinking and has been an excellent guide, mentor, and friend in this journey.
Wish to continue contributing to the team in the coming years.

If you are asking about experience then here are my two cents, Highly Disappointing . I hope people reading this will take this as healthy criticism instead of reporting this on impulse. You can say that reason of my disappointment may be high expectation but it is not. I had some genuine expectation of working in the field of robotics but I think it is not robotics company at all. What we used to work on was more a kiosk machine than a robot. You will get to work on speech recognition, object detection but sorry to disappoint you that is not robotics. Now a days using library even kids can set

I had some genuine expectation of working in the field of robotics but I think it is not robotics company at all. What we used to work on was more a kiosk machine than a robot. You will get to work on speech recognition, object detection but sorry to disappoint you that is not robotics. Now a days using library even kids can setup machine capable of detecting object. What ever we worked on in invento robotics was more like freshman year robotics projects. I can guarantee that you can see less fancy but much better machine(not humanoid) capable of navigating and detecting at our college fest. Also management at invento is very rigid and narrowly focused which I don’t think is good for startup at such an early stage. They are hell bent on selling kiosk machine aka humanoids to corporates to generate revenue. There is nothing wrong with that but don’t fool us(engineers) by showing dreams of working on cutting edge technologies and robotics. If I have to summarise than I will say that invento is SME(small medium enterprise) which sells kiosk machines and interns working there are like cheap labourers (suitable for high margin product) like frog in well not aware of surrounding and dreaming that they are working on robots. Positive things are that you got to develop something tangible which will be interacting with people right after the lab(thanks to marketing team and political connections of ceo). Ambience is good. No problem regarding snacks and coffee(thanks god). People are friendly as long as you call kiosk machine robots and are inline with managements view. You will make some good connections. My advice is that if you want to work on robotics and talented than just google as there are much cooler robotics company in India. If you are from tier-2 or tier-3 college and have no exposure than invento can serve your purpose. But again if your are from cs department than it is much better to work on your pet project or intern at much more serious genuine start-up(not sme) or practice competitive programming. If you are from mechanical department than there is nothing to do for you here except if you want to try software stuffs(again much better to work on more serious startup for free instead of working as cheap Labour). Don’t get mystified by large fan following of someone as even Dhinchak Pooja has lots of fan following. Happy interning!
This is a review of a fraudulent uFaber class, and I strongly caution against joining it. This application is among the worst I've encountered. It seems their primary motive is to make money, and they provide little to no value in return. The classes are disorganized, and it feels like they waste your time with sessions that barely last thirty minutes.
Moreover, it appears that this organization is involved in money laundering. They have numerous false claims, and once they have your money, they refuse to refund it. They lack transparency, and there's no apparent cancellation or refund policy,

Moreover, it appears that this organization is involved in money laundering. They have numerous false claims, and once they have your money, they refuse to refund it. They lack transparency, and there's no apparent cancellation or refund policy, which suggests that they force students to attend classes even if they no longer wish to.
Furthermore, they have questionable ties with a fraudulent finance company that provides immediate loans, which only adds to the suspicion that both institutions are involved in deceitful practices. To sum it up, these institutions come across as digital robbers, and I strongly advise anyone to stay away from them to avoid being victimized by their fraud.

After joining 1 week training and after there is test 10Q from department (where u work) like opthal, uro procto etc. 10Q viva and 39Q Customer relationship management, total 59 marks and 42 passing marks if avg is less than 70% in test then they will gv only 1 chance but after clearance u will be on floor then they will take IPD OPD mock call if u dnt gv 70% result tn thy will fired without any notice either u perform poor in IPD mock call also though for new IPD is tuff i dnt know why practo dnt give chance though they give 1 chance in written test. 2nd thng some1 who do 4–5 IPD after joining 1 month thn also they fired. Those who performed best in previous month but in next month no performance then fired without any notice
U will find hardly 15 people who are working in practo more than 6 months. Here majority people works 2 to 2.5months बहुत ज्यादा 3 months
Good thing is that they provide laptop to all employees, proper training management, cleaniness, salary on time, health insurance cover to employee’s family also of Rs 4lacs. If they are hiring from all over India atleast they should give chance if they are not performing well thats totally wrong that employee get call suddenly and call them to come with laptop then said that u r not pwrforming well so u hv to resign which is totally wrong. I dnt want same thing happen with new employees if u all dnt believe this then once u join practo then u all will know reality
Most of the monday around 40 to 45 candidates are joining in practo though they are running -35% loss
If they are running loss then they should not hire in bulk from all over India. क्या करे पर जो यह कर रहे है वह बहुत ही गलत है। Good companies always give chances regarding work. Their hobbies are hire and then fire in bulk without any warning
It's awesome. You work with high-performing, smart people who are trying to build a great product and help clients succeed. Inclusive & meritocratic culture, engaging founders and coworkers, and a frugal yet stimulating office space always full of music and happiness.

I worked at Infibeam Mumbai as Software Engineer for close to 2 years.
I would recommend you to stay as away from this company as possible. The company is pathetic (this is the mildest word I can think of).
PROS:
- People are great.
- Flexible timings. That's it.
CONS:
- Extremely bad infrastructure. No hygiene. If u don't believe me look down below and you will understand.
This was the new filter brought for employees.
This is the carpet. It has not been cleaned for over three years.
Look closely there is rat shut everywhere on the desk.
One more if you are not convinced.

This is the switchboard. Amazing right?
This is the inside of microwave. This not after use, but this too is never cleaned.
- You are not given tissue paper here, instead you are given toilet paper. Yes toilet paper to wipe your hand.
- The washrooms are always in bad state.
- Most of the time there is no water in washroom. You can't even flush.
- AC is not upto the mark. You can literally sweat. This is how bad the AC is.
- There are not employee welfare events or facilities.
- Every request which involves spending money as small as 100rs has to pass through Visual Metha. And it gets rejected.
- Half of the lights in the office don't work.
- The office has foul odor.
- You will never be recognised for your work and will get set increment irrespective of your performance(<10%).
- Not all people have access to Internet via LAN. And the WIFI is extremely bad. So bad that to download a small file. It can take more time than you mobile Internet.
- And the most important about work, it is not challenging at all.
- And there are many more.
But if you still want to persue career here then all the best. I would suggest you to visit the office once.
Hello,
It has been an enjoyable experience so far.
I joined Invento as its 13th member about one and a half years ago. Since then the team has now grown into a 28 members unit, moving out from a duplex house to a bigger office space.
The product has also developed from a 3.5 ft prototype to a full-fledged humanoid robot that’s deployed in billion dollar companies to enhance their customer experience apart from being a part of almost all major retail, corporate as well as government events - in India as well as abroad.

Being part of such a growth has been the high point for me here.
The founding trio is excellent at what they do. Some of the early members of the team, who form the strong core of the unit, are also a bunch of highly smart, multi talented guys.
The rest of the team also comprises of individuals from various backgrounds always eager to embrace new tech and trying out new ideas. Sharing a majority part of the day with such people improves you in some way or the other. That’s another plus.
Focus on productivity is high, flexibility is expected and being a team player is of utmost importance. These three qualities are something which remains set as a benchmark here.

Its not funny and it's certainly not polite. Then in the same breathe you say, “I appreciate you working here.” No you don't! You just appreciate having a punching bag.

In some ways, it feels very disingenuous.
Google is an amazing company, doing amazing things. However, the things that give it that prestige are being done by a relatively small group of folks.
I worked as a lead in the Ads & Commerce group. My team was part of a team of thousands that optimized the ads platform and kept it running every day. Not a single person in my social group who thought Google was a cool company, thought my job function was cool.

That said, being a Computer Scientist/Engineer at Google is amazing. Access to the best infrastructure, compute resources & talent is unparalleled at any other company.
So take it for what it is.

He made me believe that it would definitely happen and that I should trust him and I am telling you DON’T EVER TRUST THEM. Don’t let them treat you like a fool. Today is 28th June and my last working day was 31st March. It’s been 3 MONTHS AND YET MY FNF IS NOT CLEARED.
The Ceo and the managing system is so pathetic the Hr texted and says Don’t WORRY WE HAVE CLEARED IT AND IT HAS BE CREDITED SOON. I don’t even understand the fact that so many ex employee’s go trough the same situation and get caught up with such fools. They can’t provide you with your Hard earned money which is just a small amount I wonder how fraud they can be my using someone else’s efforts money.
Just check my Ss of the chats their is so much to be shown but it won’t make sense to upload everything hence attaching the main ss. They will just keep on saying’ It be will clear today tomorrow I’m speaking with the CeO or accounts or HR and god knows what do they even speak or if they actually do. They will just keep on pushing it ahead and wouldn’t clear it. I’ve ex employees who left after me coming for help and asking what should we do they are not responding or giving me my FNF that’s the fact. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BHEIND THEM AND DONT BELIEVE A WORD. JUST GO THROUGH THE LEGAL PROCESS AND GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
In this 2 month of span from our marketing team itself 5-6 people have left this useless company. That’s how worst this people are and the mangers are next level dude’s who cannot even get their teams FnF cleared. I am just in the process of SENDING THEM THE LEGAL NOTICE. For how much mental stress they have given me in this 3 months for my own money. And if you are someone who’s Money they are not giving GO TO THE COURT AND PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THEM. Because you deserve your HARD EARNED MONEY.
DO NOT GET CONNED!!! They will promise you everything and simply fool you! Read the reviews before joining not the fake positive ones written by the employee with different email ids. I have been there and done that. And it’s something they do on regular basis. Many such have been in my place. Our hard-earned money is looted by the company and we have to keep begging them to give us the money we deserve. In my tenure, I’ve seen so many employees facing the same issue and it’s very pathetic to see that even after full-filling all of the work these people don’t give us our money. They have so many legal cases under them in court. Hence, please check everything thoroughly.
So, admittedly I am very biased (disclaimer: I am the founder/CEO). But nonetheless I wanted to share my experience as well.
This is the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done. Period. I love working with smart, hungry people, many of whom just needed a different work environment in order to thrive. Working in Honduras has been a really great experience (not always smooth, a few bumps along the way, but nothing too difficult.)
Our business is 99% about people, and in most cases this is the #1 issue outsourcing and services companies face. For me, it amounts to about 10% of my time. Tu

Our business is 99% about people, and in most cases this is the #1 issue outsourcing and services companies face. For me, it amounts to about 10% of my time. Turnover is low, people are motivated to do great work, and they take pride in being a member of our team.
Our clients are great too. They challenge us. Push us. Are always updating/pushing new releases, so it keeps us on our toes. I really love working with them to re-engineer their processes to better suite a distributed workforce. All of them are heavily metrics driven, so this in-turn has led us to be more metrics driven too (especially me!)
This is a passion project, so I tend to minimize the problems and just focus on making things better. But honestly, its the best gig I have ever been a part of.
UPDATE: I realized that when I answered this question 99% of our team was based in Honduras. Today, that is no longer the case. We have teams in Japan, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey and even Morocco! The other big update is that we have a software division too, so lots of engineers and designers in the mix now. PartnerHero continues to be a challenging and rewarding, in a good way. Scaling has been painful at times, but we’ve figured out how to do it without losing our souls and culture. I think most of our associates would say this today: working at PartnerHero is the most rewarding experience they have ever had. That makes me very proud.

Bad culture and becoming worse day by day
Pros
Personally I learnt how to be miserly (which can be a good thing sometimes)
I also learnt how to value employees (by seeing how bad things become)
I now know that I'll never work in a LALA company again.
One point mentioned at the end of Cons. Please read it
Cons
Where do I start?
The company lacks decision making skills as an organisation and ability to move fast. This can be attributed to just one person. He has made decision making so difficult for everyone in the chain that it has led to paralysis similar to what was there in the UPA govt.
Nothing move

Nothing moves without his approval. He cuts salaries for people when there is some issue. People are just rated on how much money they saved!
Vendors are not paid on time leading to disruption of services most of the time.
Category managers just beg vendors all the time.
Finance controllers just sit and order around and become blockers
Most of the other co founders have quit because someone doesnt let anyone else take decisions. They have even sold off their equity stakes.
There is no new business model! The online website is dead. No orders come through. The company just works in the B2B domain and shows corporate bulk orders as B2C ecommerce orders to investors to fool them.
IPO and Listing: This was the biggest “They don’t really care about us" moment for the employees. Let me list some points for you:
1. Annual appraisals earlier to this were promised stating that post IPO we will give a good hike but then nothing happened. People were handed peanuts
2. We were told that you will have this infra till the IPO but then again you nothing changed.
3. Communication
No one was told when the company is listing. only 1 email came from the ceo when the papers were filed. No image shared no address to employees post listing.
Head comunications shared images on Facebook!! Are you serious! Facebook! No other social media, not via Infibeam's twitter handle or FB page. It wasnt even shared to employee
The entire top management was in Mumbai but didnt celebrate with the local teams.
Infrastructure:
Awful Infrastructure (check out the images of office in one of the answers here What is it like to work at Infibeam?)
Toilet papers given as tissues. More number of rats in office than employees. Stinking toilets. AC not working in 45 degrees Ahmedabad heat, roof falling down in Gurgaon office, broken chairs, torn dirty carpets, Dirty water, super slow internet, limited wifi slots (yes and it is an online commerce company) the list is endless here.
The senior management who sit in cabins think they are gods and treat others like how britishers treated Indians. In Ahmedabad there is a special 9th floor waali tea because the management sits there. Others get brown water in dirty cups. The AC works only on the 9th floor and nowhere else.
Big bosses poop in a clean toilet while other toilets have a board to check for water before using!!
Offices is always stinking!
Salaries:
If you want to be a slave and see how our ancestors were treated by the British then please join this company for peanuts. They will promise something on paper and then go against it. Deduct money if there was an error by someone else. All losses are to be recovered from the employee personally. Who makes such rules!?
Appraisals
Annual appraisals are like how you would stand in a que in front of a munim for money. Instead here your manager just hands you a single digit appraisal. If you fight then you get a higher appraisal.
Culture:
Lala culture. Everything needs approval. No payments are automated there are daily approvals from management. You have to call / speak/ beg / bribe others to get your work done as no one works till their boss tells them who works when leadership tells them.
People fight with each other and get into a shouting match to justify something.
The management doesnt seem to care about employees. They never addresses people or visits other offices when in town. They doent care what employees think till the time they is making money.
Timings:
The company uses Matrix system where you are supposed to enter time everyday so that you are marked present. This is so stupid that if you miss one day there is no way to correct. You have to beg your manager and if they miss then your leave doesn’t get deducted but salary gets cut. Yes, salary!
Which company deducts salary!? There is no work from home even though some senior leaders members work from home. Oh and alternative Saturdays are working!
Leaves:
Downright pathetic system of leaves here. You are given 1.5 leaves for every month. This is it. There are no sick leaves nothing else. If you are unwell then your casual leave gets deducted. Moreover, you are asked 10 questions while taking leaves. In case you quit with 20 leave balance then you aren’t even paid that! The maternity leave policy is a sham! Salaries aren’t paid during maternity leave. Paternity leave is 2 days! Like seriously! I know of a guy who was supposed to get his wife and kid discharged but was working in office!!!
HR Policies:
These are changed as per the whims and fancies of management! One fine day post appraisal you will be shared a letter and the HR will pressurize you to sign it immediately. Policies aren’t published and are never shared with employees.
Some other facts:
1. Vendor payments held worth lakhs for months for no reason
2. Employee settlements (reimbursements, etc.) held for 6 months because the finance guy does’t want to take decisions.
3. Employee offers rolled out for damaged / returned inventory and the company makes money off it as well
4. If payday is a Sunday then salary is processed the next Monday as the finance guy jerks off on daily interest rates
5. Mobile bills aren’t paid leading to regular phone disconnections
6. AC / electricity gets cut regularly for non payment of bills
Please stop calling yourselves ex-amazonians. It is a shame that the company is in such a shape and no employee will recommend this to others. I had expected great things while joining this company. Was optimistic initially then slowly fell down the wormhole and landed in a state of indifference to the company.
There is an awesome set of loyal people who will deliver despite the above shortcomings. I respect of them greatly.
Advice to management:
Decentralise decision making
Fire people in Ahmedabad - HR, Corp communications, Accounts, Finance, CS heads and the teams
Hire dynamic members
Respect employees
Hire people basis their caliber and not budget
Hold employee engagement events.
Speak to employees
I still haven't started production yet but this is my experience so far:
When you first get called for an interview you are nervous because you don't really know what to expect but once you get in their floor you feel much more relaxed since the mood is chilled yet you feel like people are getting work done. I felt like Charlie going to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, lots of different smells and colors and it's not like every other workplace, just like Willy Wonka's factory was not like any other factory. The floor isn't big and the ceiling is black (again, like a factory) with pipes exposed,

When your name is finally called and the time has come for you to sell yourself off to their staff, you are greeted by friendly faces which stare at you in judgement as you explain in pretty words how you are capable of providing a service in exchange for revenue. You feel like you are under a scope but they manage to strike up a conversation with you and it makes you feel better.
Training is fun and I like the way we all cooperate to get out the best of the content we are studying. The ambience is quite informal but that just makes it even better since you don't feel like you are in a labor camp, and believe me, if you go to another company at the same business park which will offer you revenue in exchange for a service you will be treated like a number and not like a person. PartnerHero makes you feel like you are actually worth something. Overall my experience so far has been great and I really like it here. Cheers.

I have been associated with Xavient for 3.5 years and left or u can say provoke to resign so as to keep my self esteem and confidence intact and not giving command to someone to direct my future. And, for me, I LEFT MY MANGER and NOT COMPANY :)
No doubt company at this level and employee is good with pay and hike. But, like everyone it has pros and cons as listed below based on my interaction with company and its related manager.
Pros:
- Flexible timing
- Company interior ( Except Chair and basement environment suffocating one)
- Younger Owner and Co Founder and it gives positiveness within company
- Office

Cons:
1. Old senior guy(except the Top 3 management guy) who think of them as company owner and founder and know that no one dare to take them out despite complaints to HR or whosoever. Seen incident like 3 times complaint to HR for some seniormost guy by 10–12 employee but the employee are fired or moved from project to open pool. Pathetic one!!!!
2. Chewing of Tobacco inside premises and spitting it out in nearby dustbin at there or nearby desk.
3. A separate Room or area for religious prayer which doesn’t seems to be professional from any way. How come other religion start doing there prayer in their own way and will see how other will cooperate.
4. Those senior guy doesnt know how to manage project and something happen to project then these senior guy shift themselves to other project :)
I worked shortly at Qubole in Bangalore from July-August this year. Qubole has given me a first-hand startup experience and I got to learn something from everyone in the team.
It is still a small company with <20 people overall. I never felt like an intern while working there, right from the first day I was encouraged to modify and add stuff as need arises. It was my first time working on the hadoop ecosystem and I learnt a great deal while working there. I worked on aspects as varied as hiveql compiler, hive partitions, s3 filesystem, test platform based on rspec, etc.

Everyone is passionate about the feature they are developing, thorough about the bug they are fixing, and amazingly fast at it. I myself was given a few bugs and features to implement. In the process of fixing them I learnt using platforms & frameworks like atlassian, jenkins, aws, ror, rspec, etc. The developers themselves are highly knowledgeable. They have written a large number of bash scripts to ease the deployment of qubole sofware, patched up hive, hadoop, etc. Through these scripts I learnt that Hive is a glorified Hadoop client :); packaged deployment process, etc.
My mentors Siva and Joy have very clear insight and direction in running/contributing to the company. These days they are growing rapidly and looking to hire really talented people.
I have one more pending task, to be taken up as a side-activity in near future I guess. Once I complete that & meet the Qubole team in US also, I will add more to this post!!
If you are tired of working more and getting less recognition (Or) If you are a person who loves to accept challenges then it feels like you are doing something which you are going to cherish for some part of your life.
You will have a chance to work with the founders of the company which will gives you a lot of knowledge in the business side too. It is good to know the business side of your technical work. No one can snatch your work and put thier badge on yours.
Let me explain with some example, Gift something to your loved ones that you bought that from some store. What if you gift something

I worked at infibeam for a short time. It is a very pleasant place to work. People are generally quite helpful. They have flexible timings, no dress code and an open office. I liked my stay there!
Facebook was a great place to intern. Everyone was very kind to me, and I felt like I had all the resources I needed to do my best work. I really couldn’t ask for anything more in a job.

Infurnia is a furniture technology startup, started by IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur alumni. Company was started in Mumbai, with its registered office there itself. But shifted to Bangalore in January, and currently Bangalore serves as Headquarters.
They develop innovative technologies for furniture sellers which help them showcase their customizable furniture offerings with best real-time 3D visualization. This technology allows users to construct a virtual room with appropriate dimensions of the original room, including doors and windows, with the help of few clicks in less than ten seconds. Their customization technology allows users to change the dimensions, textures, hardware’s, etc of a furniture in real time. Internal features like shelves, partitions, drawers, baskets, etc can be interactively fine tuned as per customer’s requirement. It helps in cutting down cost to a great extent and also removes the hassle of visiting various design consultant.
Infurnia is focusing in becoming the most cutting edge furniture tech company in the world. Their customization technology is one of its kind, by allowing customers to make real time changes to 3D models of their furniture in a very interactive and visually appealing way.
Now Typical Kitchen Software Customization for customer is not a Problem:
- Automation tech behind the scenes enables customers to accomplish what they want in the minimum number of steps possible, ex. If they want to change the width of one particular base compartment, their tech automatically arranges everything else in the kitchen including wall units.
- Much better live quality rendering which allows sellers to use it front of their clients, and not just limit it to a backend designer tool.
- Being a cloud based(& offline compatible) software, it’s very easy to deploy, new features are added every week without any need for manual update from the client side.
- Multiple designers at the same firm do not need to get separate licenses of the software as they charge on usage per client irrespective of how many people at the client site are using it. This makes it a much better solution for sellers who have multiple designers employed.
Visualization technology is one which has not been used anywhere in the furniture market till now. A seller just has to take a few photographs of the customer’s room and extract information about the size, shape of the room as well as any doors, windows therein. This is then used to econstruct a digital replica of the room. The whole process is fully guided and takes less than a minute.
This digital replica of a customer’s room is then used as the basis of furniture and interior design. The company was started in September 2014, with the incorporation taking place in December 2014.

Hey,
Working at Practo is indeed an great opportunity rather than tedious job. Its always challenging to work for an ambitious start up but the learning's are immense. and trust me its amazing be a part of such an visionary company and match up your professional growth with the company.
It is one of the nicest organisations I have worked with so far. If you want to explore the contours of your creative skills, it's a great place to start with. The experience has been great and I have got to work with some amazing people through the journey like Girdhar, Avantika etc.
Thrillophilia is an adventure experiences company that has 5366 local suppliers across 22 countries and its growing day by day, now these stats are enough to tell the work enthusiasm of the employees of Thrillophilia.
The work environment in Thrillophilia gives you great vibes to work more and more and the people are so energetic that you won't gonna feel low ever while working. I have worked in 2 companies before I joined Thrillophlia but the change and growth I have seen in myself here is way more than I had working for those 2 companies.
I walked-in and applied out of sheer curiosity with the company name. Why? Cause I like ninjas! Ninjas are awesome, ninjas are cool! The HR and Recruitment Staff were very nice and friendly. Even the Security Personnel were very courteous and hospitable. It was honestly the first time that I have ever felt a very calm and welcoming experience going through a recruitment process. I didn't feel nervous or intimidated, which you'd normally feel when applying for a position at other companies.

Here I am now, loving my work and enjoying a stress-free environment. I have been in this industry for more than 10 years, and I have been with major BPOs in Metro Manila, but it is only here and now that I've truly felt settling for long time. It is an unspoken rule here that everyone, and I mean everyone regardless of title and position must treat each other the same way you would treat your best friend or a close family member.
There are no bosses here, only leaders! The managers would walk right up to you, to ask you how you're feeling or if there's anything you need, or if there's anything that's stressing you out. I was a new hire and noticed that it's almost payday. So as usual I was wondering if I was gonna get my ATM soon or do I get a check? But you know what? Before I even had a chance to ask anyone, all of the sudden our Operations Manager approaches me, hands over my check and tells me to go to the bank since it's gonna be closing in a few hours, and just come back when I'm done. One, day I requested a certificate of employment and minutes later, HR pinged me to pick it up as soon as I'm free. Seriously, minutes not days and no need to follow up X number of times to get what you need.
I can go on and on all about how I'm loving my life here, but it would be best for you to experience it yourself. So what are you waiting for? Come on over and become a Ninja!
It’s my home away from home.
The employees and my bosses here are my family away from family.
The culture here at Inshorts is anything but typically corporate. I think I speak for every other employee here when I say that it’s one of the most comfortable work-environment you can have. We don’t have a cabin culture, primarily to foster conversations between people. We strongly believe in two things: Work Hard, Party Harder- which is why, we party our butts off every month; and All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy- which is why we have a huge pool table, foosball tables, a dedicated napping

Inshorts has also made me grow as a person. It didn’t matter if my idea didn’t pertain to my department, they always welcomed whatever I had to say.
All in all, it’s been the best couple of years of my life working (and learning) here!
It can be great if you are with a team of people who work hard and achieve good results. It can be awful if you have a bad boss, bad coworkers, who operate like school-children, in cliques, with bad tempers, etc.

Considering you are going to be joining as a fresher, there wouldn't be much for you to judge Comviva by. So I will spare you the usual "It's no Microsoft or Google" talk and give you some straight answers.
Comviva is a great place to learn. And by learn I mean those key professional skills that a college just can't teach and a big MNC just doesn't have the time to do so.
People are helpful and know their way around their job. So you will get a comfortable work environment.
And yes, the pay isn't crazy but that should not be the most important thing on one's mind. They pay you enough to not feel

Every startup is different, whether it's the culture or spending.
- Some provide free food, some don't.
- Some are very stealthy, some are a bit open.
- Some spend lavishly on advertising/marketing, some are frugal.
- Some startups request the employees to work over weekends, some force them to.
- In some start-ups, you can be vocal about your product/ideas, in some places you just have to bend down and do what you are told - nothing more.
- Some start-ups provide work-from-home options, some don't.
- Some of them are in it for the long haul and have plan B, some think short term and not have a plan B.

How it feels, depends on what kind of a startup you are in, and whether you like/enjoy such an environment.

Most of the people I know who have worked under Dean Kamen have said that, while smart, he wasn't particularly pleasant to work under.
The pay isn't great, there are plenty of companies doing similar things as DEKA that pay better and have a better environment (from my current colleagues who used to work at DEKA/segway, I hear my company is one of those other companies).
They're really a different type of company than any you mention, I'm not sure how to make a good compare/contrast to any of them.
