The Lean Startup Circle & LeanCamp team successfully wrapped up LeanCamp San Francisco last Sunday on Dec 8th.

It felt great to be part of the organizing team receiving a packed audience running the event in an unconference style from morning to evening.

First off, a special word of thanks to Eric Ries for appearing at our event. It felt great to hear from the man who initiated the lean startup methodology and to meet him in person.

A strong turn out for the event helped kick start the morning with introductions from various speakers on the format and content for the entire day.

Once the formalities had been completed with introduction of various speakers, participants got straight into the action by announcing topics of interest and selecting the venue for discussion of each.

5 sessions were conducted simultaneously in mini-workshop style with each topic discussed between speakers and participants in a period of 30-45 min.

Formalities being set aside, all participants were actively involved in various discussions by different speakers in each session.
No one was considered as an expert. Each individual had something valuable to share from their experience.

Certain sessions were packed which required relocating participants to a larger venue.

A wide array of topics were discussed relating to customer development, product development, B2B Sales and analyzing metrics. Check out the list of topics suggested in our
Leancamp - Session Ideas.

A good opportunity to network with fellow entrepreneurs and walk away with valuable learnings. On behalf of the organizing team, we would like to thank all participants for making the event successful.

LeanCamp will return to San Francisco again... soon!!
